The New Transit Courier is the most compact of Ford's Transit range and yet it still shares the renowned practicality of the larger vehicles, such as the Transit Connect and Custom. The Courier offers a generous 2.3 cubic metres of loadspace, which means you can pack more into it than any other van in its class!
Small van practicality – big car technology
The new van is packed with advanced technologies too with systems to keep you connected hands-free and to help you monitor and control your speed. The new engine range has also been upgraded making it more economical to run than before.
The Courier's Cruise Control lets you set a speed and then maintains it until you brake or accelerate. You also have the option to control this through toggles on the steering wheel.
In addition, the Adjustable Speed Limiter device helps you drive within a pre-set limit that you select. Not only does it help you to save fuel, the system can minimise the likelihood of you exceeding the speed limit too.
The New Courier may be compact, but with a load area of 2.3 cubic metres you get 10% more load volume than other vehicles in the same class. Behind its full bulkhead, there’s enough room for a Europallet and a generous 600kg payload capacity. Ford have some ingenious features to help protect both your cargo and your vehicle from the rigours of working life. And because the van is built to tough commercial vehicle standards, it’s not only made to last but designed to minimise cost of ownership.
